FACILITIES MANAGER
required for Retail and
Logistics Company, Degree
in Engineering, Mechanical
or Electrical is preferred with
minimum 5 years’ of working
experience in facilities
Management, Project
Management , Manpower ,
Budget controlling. Preferably
having good Knowledge of
managing & handling Safety,
mechanical, plumbing,
electrical, civil works,
rehabilitation works, carpentry
& Auto Service. IT literate
and has experience with
Maintenance Management
Systems. Should possess
Excellent Communication
Skills in English (verbal &
written), problem solving,
Decision making skills &
leadership quality. Must have
Driving License. Candidates
